NEW FEATURES

The new Reckon Accounts Hosted brings a better overall performance with a streamlined log in process, improved data file backup management, and printing capabilities. You also benefit from a single version of Reckon Accounts Hosted meaning all users have access to a single premium service.

Faster & simpler browser access.

The new version of Reckon Accounts Hosted now runs natively in your web browser. There's no need to install additional applications or plug-ins on any of your devices - PC, Mac, tablet and Android devices. Just make sure you're using the latest version of your preferred browser and you'll be ready to go.

Easy & flexible printing.

You can now save and print reports, invoices, quotes and more as a PDF. This means your business can select a local printer without the need to configure anything within Reckon Accounts Hosted. Once your document is available as a PDF you can choose to print to your local printer.

More reliable service.

We've overhauled the infrastructure for better accessibility and scalability. The new version of Reckon Accounts Hosted is underpinned by our new infrastructure that provides us with greater visibility and control so that you have a more stable service.

Better file management.

You can now manage your own data backup. Manage when and how often your data is backed up with the My Backup (B) drive. Your QBB and QBM files can be saved to your My Backup (B) drive and your working files can be saved to your My Live (Q) drive.

Run reports quickly.

With the new Reckon Accounts Hosted service, simple tasks happen a lot quicker. You'll find accessing the program, performing daily functions and running reports much faster.

KEY CHANGES

No software installation required.
Supported by the latest web browsers.
Two storage drives to save your data. When you upload a file, it is saved to your My Live (Q) drive, which holds all your working files. When you upload a backup and portable files, it is saved to your My Backup (B) drive, which holds all your QBB and QBM files.
You can use the Upload and Download buttons to move files between your local machine and Accounts Hosted.
Microsoft Word or Excel will no longer launch from within Accounts Hosted. When you write a letter, it will prompt you to save the file to your Q: drive, and for letters to multiple recipients, they will be saved in one Word document. When you export a report to Excel, it will prompt you to save as XLS to your Q: drive.
All print jobs will print to the Reckon Printer as a PDF. You can then save and view the PDF and print it on your local printer.
Please note: Loan Manager, Cash Flow Projector and Business Planner have been removed.
