The black screen issue that effected some customers yesterday has been resolved by migrating data to a new file server. No data was lost in this process.
The recent companies list in Reckon Accounts Hosted stores the location of the company file. This location has not been updated to the new file server.
If you are unable to open a Company File from the recent Companies list, please click on the “Open or Restore an existing company” button to open your file.
